Ghanaian born football sensation Faustina Ampah, who plays in the Belarus Women’s League for FC Minsk has made tremendous impact after moving from Czech Republic’s Locomativa Brno Horni Herspice. She’s currently playing her second season.
On 5th May, 2018, in the 1st leg of the ongoing Belarus Women’s League, Faustina starred as the only player to get on the score sheet after just 35 minutes of play as her team won against Neman Drodno.
She happens to be the only Ghanaian with 6 other Africans playing for FC Minsk.
On 18th July, 2018, Faustina was in the thick of affair for the 2nd leg against Neman Grodno, with the center back stamping her name in the match for another spectacular performance. The utility player assisted 4 goals for FC Minsk as they defeated their opponent “Neman Grodno” to a disastrous 8 nil.
She has featured for Ghana at 3 different world cup tournaments and one of her major tournaments was when she won the WAFU 2018 Cup of Nations with the Ghana Senior National Team.
