The Big Weekend Breakfast Show!
Former Miss Ghana USA, Agnes Ntow is an ambitious and versatile television and radio presenter. The Chicago, Illinois native possesses great skills in front of the camera and enjoys working behind the scenes as well. Over the years, Agnes has also developed a niche for acting by appearing in small roles for films, “Black Butterfly” and “I am Pearl James”.
A graduate of Loyola University Chicago, Agnes made her on air debut during her last semester of college in 2009. That opportunity led her to be the host and producer of “Passport to a World’s View”, a world music radio show on WLUW. In 2011, she produced and hosted, “My Mic Sounds Nice”, a radio-talk show that was skewed around the lives of 2 women in their early 20’s on African Radio Online.
Agnes’ turning point came when she relocated to Ghana in 2011. Once in Ghana, she became the presenter of a midday morning show on Vibe FM called “Sunshine Café”. While presenting at “Sunshine Cafe,” Agnes simultaneously landed her first TV role as a host of “Jammin Spot”, an entertainment show on Viasat 1.
In 2013, Agne’s eagerness helped her become an entertainment reporter for “This Morning,” a morning show on Viasat 1. With the inclusion of Agnes, “This Morning” won the best television program in the later part of 2013. A few months later, she joined Y107.9 FM to host the late-night program “Room Service”.
